Online Return Policy
Thank you for your online purchase! The Good Life is happy to replace a gift with another selection or issue a gift certificate for online purchases. Please note: custom-designed, seasonal or sale merchandise may not be returned unless they are damaged in shipping. Additionally, we are unable to refund shipping, gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.
Just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip and follow these simple steps: 1) Contact our customer service staff within three (3) days of receipt by calling 952.476.7994 during our normal business hours. 2) Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you by our staff. 3) Include the GR number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. The Good Life is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, The Good Life will provide a prepaid UPS return label. Authorized gift returns must be received by The Good Life within 10 days from the date the GR number is provided.
In-store Return Policy
Thank you for your in-store purchase! The Good Life is happy to replace a purchase with another selection or issue a gift certificate for in-store purchases within three (3) days, provided the items are in re-saleable condition. A copy of the origianl sales receipt is requested. Returns are not accepted on custom-designed, antiques, seasonal or sale merchandise. Please inquire at the time of pruchase if you are unsure about your selection.
